Overview
An HR system for Myanmar businesses with many branches. It first went live for one company in Myanmar, and is now being turned into a product that any business can set up with its own configuration.
What I built
- API: NestJS with Prisma and PostgreSQL. JWT sign-in with email and password, or employee ID and PIN for staff without email.
- Attendance: check-in by GPS geofence or QR code, with remote check-ins sent for approval.
- Leave, overtime and shifts: requests go to the right manager, and approvals update schedules and records.
- Appraisals and Excel import/export, so HR can bring staff in from existing spreadsheets.
- Three clients: an admin web app and an employee web app (Next.js), and an Expo mobile app.
- Ready to reuse: a one-command local setup, with client names and branding moving into configuration so a new client is a clone plus settings.
