- Building 8.Com, a multi-tenant cloud POS for phone and fashion retail: one Go backend, one PostgreSQL database per shop, and a super admin panel that switches presets and paid features per customer.
- Designed the stock engine: purchase and stock documents, moving-average costing, IMEI and serial tracking, and offline sync with idempotent client IDs.
- Run an AI-agent engineering workflow: specs and tickets first, test-driven builds, independent code review on every pull request.

- Building the AI Interview system and the xCORE Talk 1-on-1 feature (xcore.co): real-time, human-like conversations with an AI interviewer.
